Stopped in after one of the road running races in downtown JC and we weren't the only ones with the idea. There was a long queue of folks outside waiting to put their names in or waiting for a table. Luckily, there is a coffee shop to grab a warm (or cold) fresh coffee beverage whole you wait. The diner is owned by Korean folks so there are a few Korean fusion offerings. We opted for a more classic breakfast meal - California omelet and Morning Platter. The staff accommodated our request for the home fries to be extra crispy/well done. Nothing revolutionary or groundbreaking but well executed breakfast. Service was quick. We almost waited longer for our table than the time it took to be seated and served then eat.

I came here for brunch with my friend and we were seated within five minutes. This is a great restaurant for some morning breakfast and coffee. I like that I can bring my own alcohol into the restaurant. I brought champagne and asked the server for orange juice and he was excellent he provided me with champagne glasses, a pitcher of orange juice, and a bucket of ice. The omelette was incredible. I asked to substitute my home fries for french fries and he was able to make that substitution for me. The ambiance inside the restaurant is great too. It is a spacious restaurant with a big menu. It was my second time coming here and I would keep coming back. 10/10 rec

Cute little brunch place in LIC! Was quite popular--waited a bit on a Sunday morning. The servers are all really nice. I got the blueberry pancake and it was yummy I could not stop eating it!

The food was awesome and it was very filling as well. The pesto pasta was super good. I feel as if the bread on the chicken sandwich could've been less dry but it was better after I ordered an extra sweet chili sauce on the side. The bulgogi quesadillas are a must if you're coming here. The fries are super good, crispy, and fluffy. We came on a monday at 2pm and it was not busy at all.

Brunching at this restaurant is a delightful experience, and we have enjoyed visiting Beechwood cafe a few times. This time, we chose to sit outdoors and it was great. The French Toast was an absolute highlight with its fantastic taste and impeccable presentation. The interior was exceptionally soft, boasting a delightful custard filling that elevated the dish to perfection. A must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth! Moving on to the Southern Pepper Egg Croissant, it proved to be a very good choice. The croissant was soft and delectable, and the pepper-infused eggs added a burst of flavors that made each bite enjoyable. We also ordered the California omelette, which was good overall but seemed to lack a bit of flavor. It held its own, but an extra kick of seasoning could have taken it to another level. Unfortunately, the Almond croissant didn't quite hit the mark. It appeared average, with a somewhat stretchy texture and a disappointing lack of filling. Additionally, it wasn't as appetizing as we had hoped. On the bright side, the hot white rose tea was a true winner. It provided a refreshing and soothing experience, undoubtedly hitting the spot and complementing our meal perfectly. I must commend the excellent service we received throughout our visit. The staff was attentive and accommodating, which further enhanced our dining experience. It's worth mentioning that tips were already included for our table of five. In conclusion, despite a few dishes falling short of expectations, our overall experience at this restaurant was excellent. The standout items, like the French Toast and the Southern Pepper Egg Croissant, left us with a memorable and positive impression. Considering the top-notch service and pleasant atmosphere, this place remains a solid recommendation for a satisfying brunch outing

Perfect brunch place in Grove street. We went on a Saturday morning and it was not very crowded though most of the tables were filled out. There were outdoor seatings too. Ordered California omelet, beachwood waffle, iced salted caramel and a chai latte for the table. Service was faster and the portion sizes were big too. The syrup for the waffle was home made and that was the best. Definitely visit once.
